45ml white rum

10ml lemon juice

2 cups crushed ice

20ml merlot

3 segments mandarin, to garnish

sprig of mint, to garnish
Pretty in the glass, this tall sipper is easy to make and tastes divine. Serves 1

Add the white rum and lemon juice to a highball glass and stir with a bit of the crushed ice to dilute and chill.

Top with more crushed ice, pour the merlot over top and garnish with mint and mandarin segments.
