Ingredients

  • 45ml white rum
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 20ml merlot
  • 3 segments mandarin, to garnish
  • sprig of mint, to garnish
Pretty in the glass, this tall sipper is easy to make and tastes divine. Serves 1
  1. Add the white rum and lemon juice to a highball glass and stir with a bit of the crushed ice to dilute and chill.
  2. Top with more crushed ice, pour the merlot over top and garnish with mint and mandarin segments.
