Ingredients

  • 50ml Roku Gin
  • 10ml Martini Dry Vermouth
  • ½ tsp orange blossom water
  • Edible flowers to garnish
December's Cocktail of the Month is Blossom Martini made with Roku Gin and Martini Dry Vermouth. Serves 1

Roku explore the delicate balance of 6 Japanese botanicals, including yuzu, shanso pepper and sakura. Introducing orange blossom water into a classic martini enhances the sakura blossom and brings a delicate floral top note to an iconic drink.

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients
  2. Stir for 30 seconds, or until chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with edible flowers
