Ingredients

  • 15ml Blue Curaçao
  • 50ml passionfruit vodka
  • fresh juice of 1 orange
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼-½ cup coconut cream, thinned to pouring consistency with coconut milk or coconut water
  • ice
  • orange slice, to garnish (optional)
Take yourself on a tropical escape without leaving home. Makes 1
  1. Place all ingredients except the coconut cream and garnish in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well
  2. Strain into a tall glass and top with the thinned coconut cream
  3. Garnish with an orange slice, if desired
