Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rosé
  • juice of one lemon
  • 45 strawberries
  • 1 cup water
  • cup sugar
  • grapefruit or lemon slices, to garnish

Introducing: frosé (frozen rosé). The newest, coolest summer drink that has everyone talking. Serves a crowd.

  1. Pour into ice cube moulds and freeze overnight.
  2. Place rosé, lemon juice, strawberries, half the water and all the sugar in a blender and blend until smooth
  3. Place cubes into blender again and add the remaining half cup of water. Whizz until a smooth slushy-like consistency is reached. More water may be required to loosen the mixture up
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with citrus slices, if desired
