Ingredients

  • salt
  • 45ml Herradura Plata tequila
  • 30ml pomegranate juice
  • 60ml fresh lemonade
  • lime wedges
  • ice

Spanish for "breeze", a Brisa is a refreshing and light drink that's perfect for lazy summer sipping. This Herradura Brisa combines fresh lemonade and pomegranate juice for a tangy and sweet cocktail with the green apple and citrus flavours of Herradura Plata tequila. Serves 1

  1. Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip into a saucer of salt
  2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, and garnish with a wedge of fresh lime
