½ papaya, peeled, deseeded and chopped

60ml Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin

2 tablespoons passionfruit pulp, fresh or tinned

juice of ½ lime

tonic water, to top
-
edible flowers, to garnish (optional)

A gin made with the luscious essence of Sevilla oranges is heightened by fresh tropical flavours and a splash of tonic. Serves 1

Muddle the papaya in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Add the remaining ingredients, except the tonic water. Shake well, then fine strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with edible flowers.
