White Sangria

Ingredients

  • 120ml Larios Citrus Gin
  • 4 peaches, cut into chunks
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 1 lemon, cut into wheels
  • 1 inch ginger, cut into slices
  • 1 750ml bottle Stoneleigh Organic Pinot Gris
  • 1 large basil sprig, to garnish
October's Cocktail of the Month is White Sangria made with Larios Citrus Gin and Stoneleigh Organic Pinot Gris. Serves 4

Larios Citrus brings the Mediterranean to life with orange as the hero flavour profile. Larios Citrus is paired perfectly with refreshing lemon and lime, juicy peach, and a spicy kick of fresh ginger. Finished with flavours of orchard fruits in Stoneleigh Organic, this sangria is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

  1. Half fill a carafe with ice
  2. Add Larios Citrus Gin, lime juice, peach chunks, lemon wheels and ginger, and stir
  3. Add more ice, and top with Stoneleigh Organic Pinot Gris
  4. Garnish with a large sprig of basil
